At RICE, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to build a better future for themselves and their families, regardless of their background or circumstances. That’s why we work tirelessly to empower refugees and immigrants by providing them with the resources and training they need to become self-sufficient and active members of their communities. Investing in their education and employment readiness, we help them unlock their full potential and achieve their dreams. Together, we can create a more inclusive and prosperous society for all.

Who We Are

Meet the Refugee and Immigrant
Community Empowerment Center

Welcome to Refugees and Immigrants Community for Empowerment (RICE), where we’re dedicated to empowering and supporting Refugees, Asylees, and Immigrants in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Led by a diverse team of global leaders, we work hand in hand with local partners to bridge service gaps beyond the initial resettlement period. Through advocacy, education, and dialogue, we strive to unlock opportunities and integrate individuals back into our communities, fostering meaningful progress and empowerment for all.
