RICE provides dedicated case workers to assist refugees and immigrants in navigating various programs and accessing essential resources. Our case workers offer personalized support, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive assistance tailored to their specific needs.
Finding stable employment is crucial for empowerment, and RICE offers comprehensive job placement assistance to help refugees and immigrants successfully enter the workforce. Our services are designed to support clients at every stage of their job search, from identifying suitable opportunities to securing employment and thriving in their new roles.
Placement Fees & Service Eligibility:
Eligible ORR Clients: Job placement services remain completely free to any Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) client who meets eligibility criteria.
Employer Partners: All other placements are subject to our standard Staffing and Placement Agreement. Employers utilizing our services are charged a minimal fee, which directly funds our ongoing operations and allows us to continue providing free services to eligible clients.
